Picture time

Normally I take pictures of my kids in the summer around Katia's birthday it's not too hot yet usually. So after having a very full summer and just never quite getting around to it I finally got their pictures done. Katia I did have to go out twice for the first outfit just didn't work and the wind was blowing her hair all over. But the second time around was a success. Here are my favorite pictures.

You may not notice Katia's really gross fingers, I do she was playing with some black walnuts a few day ago and now she has stained fingers that look like she's been playing in the dirt. That reminds me of when we took pictures of her when she was just 2 years old and she was smelling a flower and it was so cute then she looked up at me and there was pollen all over her nose. Little did I know that pollen stains! We had just started taking pictures so we went to the bathroom to see if we could get it off. After cleaning with soap and water for a while it finally came off enough to not be really noticeable but then her nose was a little red. But the picture did actually come out really nice even after our not so lucky start.
